The SiC461 is a high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with integrated high side and low side power MOSFETs. It is capable of supplying 10A continuous output current and operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. The device features an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 0.92 x VIN and a programmable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz.
