Slew rate controlled integrated high side load switch that operates over an input voltage range of 0.8 V to 2.5 V using an N-channel MOSFET switching element with a typical on-resistance of 28 mΩ. Its slow slew rate limits inrush current and minimizes switching noise, and the low-voltage logic control threshold interfaces directly with low-voltage control I/O without a level shifter or driver. A 2 MΩ pull-down resistor is integrated at the enable pin, and reverse current is blocked when the switch is disabled. Rated for up to 1.2 A continuous switch current and 196 mW power dissipation, it operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C and comes in a WCSP4 package measuring 0.8 mm x 0.8 mm with a 0.4 mm pitch. It is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
