Ultra-low-power 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package for RTC reference and battery-backed timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V across -40 °C to +85 °C, with functional operation down to 1.2 V and typical core current of 0.90 µA at 1.8 V. Factory trimming provides 10 ppm initial tolerance at 25 °C and up to 100 ppm stability over the full industrial temperature range at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device drives XTAL inputs directly, eliminates external load capacitors, and uses programmable NanoDrive output swing to reduce power consumption. The datasheet describes the device as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
