Programmable MEMS oscillator with factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and family stability is specified down to 75 ppm over -10°C to +70°C or 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device provides LVCMOS or NanoDrive programmable reduced-swing output options, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. It supports operating temperatures up to -55°C to +85°C and starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25°C.
