The SiT1534 is a programmable MEMS oscillator for low-frequency timing applications from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is specified for typical 0.9 µA core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device provides factory-programmed frequency selection, programmable output swing through NanoDrive, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
