This device is a 32.768 kHz temperature-compensated MEMS oscillator optimized for battery-powered applications. It provides ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability after overmold and post-assembly auto-calibration, with typical supply current of 4.5 µA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and does not require an external bypass capacitor in most applications. It supports a 1.62 V to 1.98 V supply range, low integrated phase jitter, and operation across industrial temperature conditions.
