Thyristor diode module uses a rectifier topology in a SEMIPACK 3 isolated module housing. The device is rated for 1800 V and 309 A with 8000 A surge current capability. Heat transfers through an aluminium nitride ceramic isolated metal baseplate, and precious metal pressure contacts support high-reliability operation. The thyristor section uses an amplifying gate, and the module is UL recognized under file E 63 532. The housing measures 115 mm by 50 mm by 52 mm with approximately 0.64 kg net weight.
