The linefeed interface IC performs all high-voltage functions for the Quad ProSLIC chipset, providing a complete four-channel analog telephone interface. It operates from a 3.3 V supply along with three battery supplies up to -110 V and supports internal adaptive balanced ringing to -110 VPK. The device performs all BORSCHT functions and is ideal for applications up to 20 kft (6 km). Software-programmable parameters include two-wire ac impedance, transhybrid balance, DC current loop feed from 10 to 50 mA, and loop closure thresholds. The IC interfaces via PCM/SPI or GCI bus and is available in a 40-pin QFN package. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
