The SLQ-QT500 is a high-purity liquid flow meter designed for measuring water-based and hydrocarbon-based liquids, including alcohols, solvents, oils, fuels, and adhesives. It features a micro-thermal CMOSens® measurement principle with a straight flow path and no moving parts. The sensor is optimized for liquids containing particles or high-viscosity fluids up to 1000 mm²/s. Wetted parts consist of PFA and quartz glass.
