Triple 2-channel CMOS analog multiplexers/demultiplexers operate on a 1.65V to 5.5V supply and handle both analog and digital signals. Each channel transmits signal amplitudes up to 5.5V peak in either direction with individual switch controls and low crosstalk between switches. The device supports 2:1 (SPDT) switching per channel, mixed-mode voltage operation on all ports, and low input current. It features latch-up performance exceeding 250mA per JESD 17 and ESD protection exceeding 2000V human-body model and 1000V charged-device model ratings per JESD 22.
