An ultra-low-power microcontroller features an Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone and single-precision FPU, operating up to 96 MHz with 144 DMIPS performance and 117 CoreMark/mW efficiency. Integrated memory comprises 1 MB dual-bank Flash and 256 KB SRAM. Market-leading energy efficiency is achieved with 10 µA/MHz active mode consumption and 1.6 µA in stop mode, supporting a supply voltage range of 1.71 to 3.6 V and an operating temperature from -40 to +105 °C. Comprehensive analog integration includes two 12-bit ADCs up to 2.5 Msps, two DAC channels, two operational amplifiers, and two comparators. Digital connectivity features multiple timers, an audio digital filter, up to 21 capacitive touch channels, 3x I2C, 2x I3C, 3x SPI, 1x OCTOSPI, 2x USART, 2x UART, 1x LPUART, Full-Speed USB (Host/Device), 1x SDMMC, and 1x FDCAN. Advanced security is provided through hardware accelerators including AES, PKA, HASH (SHA-256), and TRNG, with a Coupling & Chaining Bridge on crypto-enabled variants, complemented by memory protection features like RDP, write protection, and secure proprietary code. Available in UFQFPN, LQFP, UFBGA, and WLCSP packages, the device is ECOPACK2 (lead-free, RoHS compliant).
