This surface mountable, lead-free integrated circuit is a simple reset/power-on reset device. It monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold voltage range of 2.55V to 2.7V and an overvoltage threshold of 2.7V. The device operates with a supply voltage from 1V to 5.5V, drawing a maximum supply current of 60µA. It features an active low reset output with a 140ms reset timeout and includes a watchdog timer. Packaged in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm SOIC case, it is supplied on tape and reel.
