Three-terminal battery fuse combines current-dependent interruption with externally controlled activation for overcharge protection in lithium-ion battery systems. The series is rated at 100 VDC and 30–75 A, supports a 4–100 VDC operating range and one to 24 series cells, and provides 80–200 A breaking capacity. Its 9.5 × 5.0 × 1.9 mm LCP housing uses gold-plated silver-alloy terminals and operates from −20 °C to 85 °C. The integrated trigger terminal can disconnect charge and discharge paths if the primary protection IC or FET fails.
