This device is a fixed 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator intended to replace tuning-fork crystals in battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, delivers less than 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, and provides up to 100 ppm stability across -40°C to +85°C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. Typical core operating current is 0.90 μA at 1.8 V with no load, and the programmable NanoDrive output swing helps reduce total power consumption. The 4-pin chip-scale package measures 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm and eliminates the need for external load capacitors and a bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
