This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator designed as a replacement for tuning-fork crystals and XTAL inputs in battery-powered systems. It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V over the full -40°C to +85°C range and uses about 0.90 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The oscillator is supplied in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and eliminates external load capacitors and external bypass capacitors through its buffered output and internal power-supply filtering. It provides 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, up to 100 ppm stability over -40°C to +85°C, NanoDrive programmable output swing, and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
