This 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator provides a fixed clock output with 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and up to 100 ppm stability over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.90 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package and can drive XTAL inputs directly without external load capacitors. Output duty cycle is 48% to 52%, and start-up time is 180 ms typical with a 450 ms maximum at higher temperature.
