Ultra-small 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator designed as a quartz XTAL replacement for battery-powered timekeeping circuits. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, draws 0.90 µA typical core current at 1.8 V, and supports direct connection to XTAL inputs without external load capacitors. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and provides 10 ppm frequency tolerance with stability up to 100 ppm across -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. Internal supply filtering eliminates the need for an external bypass capacitor, and NanoDrive programmable output swing helps minimize system power.
