This MEMS oscillator provides a fixed 32.768 kHz output as an XTAL replacement for low-power timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, supports industrial temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and is specified for less than 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C. Typical core current is 0.90 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and the device offers programmable NanoDrive output swing to reduce power. The 1.5 mm by 0.8 mm chip-scale package eliminates external load capacitors and does not require an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
