This 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator is designed as a quartz crystal replacement for RTC reference and battery-backed timekeeping circuits. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, draws 0.90 µA typical core current at 1.8 V, and supports direct connection to XTAL inputs without external load capacitors or a bypass capacitor. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 10 ppm initial tolerance and frequency stability up to 100 ppm from -40 °C to +85 °C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. NanoDrive programmable output swing reduces power consumption, and period jitter is specified at 35 ns RMS.
