This device is a fixed-frequency 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator designed as a pin- and footprint-compatible replacement for 2.0 x 1.2 mm 32 kHz quartz XTALs. It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V over -40°C to +85°C and delivers less than 100 ppm frequency stability across that range, with 20 ppm tolerance at 25°C. Core operating current is typically 0.90 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and the NanoDrive programmable output swing helps reduce total power consumption. The oscillator provides a clock output without external load capacitors and includes internal supply filtering that removes the need for an external bypass capacitor under normal conditions.
