This device is a fixed-frequency 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator designed as a replacement for 2012 SMD quartz crystals in battery-powered timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, with full -40 °C to +85 °C operation specified from 1.5 V to 3.63 V, and it delivers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25 °C. Typical core supply current is 0.90 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and start-up to a valid output is specified at 180 ms typical. The oscillator provides a programmable NanoDrive output, does not require external load capacitors, and includes internal supply filtering that can eliminate an external bypass capacitor in typical use.
