This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It is designed for very low power consumption, with 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and typical core operating current of 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load. The device operates from supply voltages up to 3.63 V and offers NanoDrive programmable output swing to reduce power while eliminating external load capacitors. It is offered in very small chip-scale packaging and is intended for compact battery-powered timekeeping and reference clock applications.
