Programmable MEMS oscillator with factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and stability is specified to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device provides programmable NanoDrive output swing, starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25°C, and is offered in ultra-small chip-scale and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD package options across the SiT1534 family.
