This programmable MEMS oscillator provides a factory-set 16.384 kHz output within a 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz family range. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. Its oscillator output removes the need for external load capacitors, and the NanoDrive output stage supports reduced-swing operation to lower power consumption.
