This programmable MEMS oscillator provides a factory-set 32.768 kHz output within a family that supports frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is designed for ultra-low power operation, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V and 25°C. The device supports NanoDrive reduced-swing output options, starts in 300 ms typical plus one clock period, and is specified for operation in compact 2.0 x 1.2 mm and 1.5 x 0.8 mm package families. It is intended for RTC reference clock, pulse-per-second, and battery-backed timekeeping applications and is specified as Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
