Programmable MEMS oscillator factory set to 4 Hz with 75 ppm frequency stability over the commercial -10 °C to +70 °C range. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and uses a DC-coupled rail-to-rail LVCMOS output option for this orderable part. The device is supplied in a 2.0 x 1.2 mm 4-pin SMD package for low-frequency timing, pulse-per-second, RTC reference, and battery-backed designs. SiT1534 family datasheet characteristics include 20 ppm room-temperature tolerance, 48% to 52% duty cycle, 35 ns RMS period jitter, and very low operating current.
