This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with operation over -40°C to +85°C and extended options to -55°C to +85°C. Frequency tolerance is specified to 20 ppm at 25°C, with stability options down to 75 ppm across operating conditions. Typical core operating current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and NanoDrive output options reduce swing to minimize power. The device offers LVCMOS or programmable reduced-swing output behavior and is available in very small 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD package families.
