This programmable MEMS oscillator is configured for a factory-set 512 Hz output within a 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz family range. The exact orderable configuration uses a 2.0 x 1.2 mm 4-pin SMD package, operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, and is specified for -10 °C to +70 °C with ±75 ppm frequency stability. Typical core current is 0.9 µA at 25 °C and 1.8 V with no load, and start-up time is 300 ms plus one output period at 25 °C. Its DC-coupled rail-to-rail LVCMOS output eliminates external load capacitors and is intended for ultra-low-power timing, RTC reference clock, and pulse-per-second applications.
