This programmable MEMS oscillator provides a factory-set output from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two and supports true pulse-per-second operation. The SiT1534AC-H5-DCC-000.001 variant uses a 2.0 x 1.2 mm 4-pin SMD package with DC-coupled rail-to-rail LVCMOS output, ±75 ppm frequency stability, and a commercial -10 °C to +70 °C operating range. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and typically draws 0.9 µA core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device eliminates external load capacitors and normally does not require an external VDD bypass capacitor.
