This programmable low-frequency MEMS oscillator is configured for a 1.024 kHz output with ±75 ppm frequency stability over a -10 °C to +70 °C operating range. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and provides a rail-to-rail LVCMOS output in a 2.0 x 1.2 mm 2012 SMD package. The device is specified for 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25 °C, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. Its MEMS architecture eliminates external load capacitors and supports very low power operation with 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load.
