This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V and no load. The device supports frequency tolerance down to 20 ppm at 25°C and stability options up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C or 150 ppm over -55°C to +85°C, depending on the selected operating range. It uses a 4-pin architecture with clock output, Vdd, and ground connections, and its oscillator output eliminates the need for external load capacitors under normal operation.
