This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and true pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified at ±20 ppm at 25°C, and stability is specified as low as ±100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device supports LVCMOS and NanoDrive programmable reduced-swing outputs, with 48% to 52% duty cycle and 35 ns RMS period jitter. It is offered in very small chip-scale and SMD package options for space-constrained timing applications.
