This programmable MEMS oscillator provides a factory-set output from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second applications. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V under no-load conditions. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability is specified up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C with a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply. The device is offered in an ultra-small 1.5 mm x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and provides a programmable output stage with 48% to 52% duty cycle and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
