This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for timekeeping and pulse-per-second functions. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified at ±20 ppm at 25 °C, with stability options up to ±100 ppm over -40 °C to +85 °C. The device offers LVCMOS or NanoDrive reduced-swing output options, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
