This programmable MEMS oscillator is configured for a 1.024 kHz output frequency with AC-coupled reduced-swing output. The exact part-number coding maps this device to the 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and the commercial -10 °C to +70 °C operating range with ±75 ppm frequency stability. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is specified for typ. 0.9 µA core operating current at 25 °C and 1.8 V with no load. The device provides a factory-programmable output from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. It is intended as a quartz replacement and eliminates external load capacitors while supporting very low-power timing functions.
