This MEMS oscillator is factory programmable from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz, and this order code denotes a 4.096 kHz output. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and has a typical core current of 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability is specified as tightly as 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device provides LVCMOS or NanoDrive programmable reduced-swing output options, starts in 300 ms plus one period at 25°C, and eliminates the need for external load capacitors.
