This programmable MEMS oscillator provides a factory-programmed output from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified at 20 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability is specified up to 100 ppm across the full -40°C to +85°C range at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device supports operating temperature grades up to -55°C to +85°C, starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25°C, and provides programmable low-swing or LVCMOS-style clock output options. It is built for space-constrained timing applications and eliminates the need for external load capacitors under normal operation.
