Programmable MEMS oscillator for low-frequency timing applications with factory-set outputs from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V, and supports NanoDrive reduced-swing or LVCMOS output options. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, with stability options down to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C and support for operating ranges up to -55°C to +85°C. The device starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25°C, provides 35 ns RMS period jitter, and is specified as Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
