This MEMS programmable oscillator is factory set to 16.384 kHz and supports very low frequency timing applications within the SiT1534 family. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply over a -10 °C to 70 °C commercial temperature range and this variant is specified for ±75 ppm frequency stability. The device is housed in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin CSP package and uses a reduced-swing output configured for 400 mV VOL or AC swing with 1.10 V VOH. Typical core current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V, with 35 ns RMS period jitter and startup as fast as 300 ms plus one clock period.
