It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with typical core current of 0.9 µA at 1.8 V and 25°C and frequency tolerance of ±20 ppm at 25°C. The device supports NanoDrive programmable output swing, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. It is specified for operating temperatures up to -55°C to +85°C and is designed to replace low-frequency crystal solutions without external load capacitors.
