Programmable MEMS oscillator with factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for timekeeping and pulse-per-second applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified to 20 ppm at 25°C, and stability options extend to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device provides NanoDrive reduced-swing or LVCMOS output options, eliminates external load capacitors, and does not require an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
