This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, with full -55°C to +85°C operation specified from 1.5 V to 3.63 V, and typical core current of 0.9 µA at 25°C with no load. The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and frequency stability options down to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. Its oscillator output eliminates external load capacitors, and internal power-supply filtering removes the need for an external bypass capacitor under normal conditions. The family is offered in an ultra-small 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and supports NanoDrive programmable output swing for reduced power.
