This programmable MEMS oscillator is factory set for a 16 Hz output in a 4-pin 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V across -10°C to +70°C and provides ±75 ppm stability over temperature with 20 ppm tolerance at 25°C. The DC-coupled rail-to-rail LVCMOS output eliminates external load capacitors, and NanoDrive output options are available to reduce swing and power. Typical core current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with 300 ms startup at 25°C and 48% to 52% duty cycle.
