This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for low-frequency clocking and pulse-per-second timing. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25 °C and 1.8 V, and supports NanoDrive reduced-swing or LVCMOS outputs. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25 °C, with stability options down to 75 ppm over -10 °C to +70 °C and 100 ppm over -40 °C to +85 °C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and eliminates external load capacitors for compact RTC reference and timekeeping designs.
