Low-frequency programmable MEMS oscillator for 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz timing applications, with the exact SiT1534AC-J5-DCC-00.128 orderable using the 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP option, commercial -10 °C to +70 °C range, and ±75 ppm stability code. The device operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Its DC-coupled rail-to-rail LVCMOS output supports 48% to 52% duty cycle, 100 ns to 200 ns rise and fall times, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. The oscillator starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25 °C and is intended to replace low-frequency XTAL implementations without external load capacitors.
