This programmable MEMS oscillator is factory set to a 256 Hz output for ultra-low-power timing applications. The exact SiT1534AC-J5-DCC-00.256 variant is specified for ±75 ppm stability over -10 °C to +70 °C in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin CSP package.
