This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with typical core current of 0.9 µA at 1.8 V and 25 °C, and it supports NanoDrive reduced-swing output for lower power consumption. The device is offered in an ultra-small 1.5 × 0.8 mm chip-scale package and eliminates external load capacitors during crystal replacement designs. Frequency tolerance is specified to 20 ppm at 25 °C, with stability options up to 100 ppm over -40 °C to +85 °C and startup time as low as 300 ms plus one output period.
