This MEMS oscillator is factory programmed for a 16.384 kHz output and belongs to SiTime's SiT1534 low-frequency programmable oscillator family. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, provides ±75 ppm frequency stability for the -10 °C to +70 °C commercial range, and uses a rail-to-rail LVCMOS output on this orderable variant. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package and is intended for very low power timing functions, with 0.9 µA typical core current at 25 °C. The oscillator can be factory programmed from 1 Hz up to 32.768 kHz, supports pulse-per-second operation, and eliminates the need for external load capacitors.
