This programmable MEMS oscillator supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz and is configured here for 32.768 kHz operation. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and is designed for ultra-low power timing applications with typical core current below 1 µA. The device uses a programmable NanoDrive output and eliminates the need for external load capacitors. It is intended for low-frequency timing, RTC reference clock, and pulse-per-second applications.
