It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load, with NanoDrive programmable output swing to reduce power consumption. Frequency tolerance is specified at 20 ppm at 25°C, and stability is rated up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C with a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply. The device offers 48% to 52% duty cycle, 35 ns RMS period jitter, and package options including chip-scale and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD-compatible footprints.
